Founded in 1976, Kelrn Transport has evolved from transporting its own produce to becoming a leading logistics provider in South Africa. Committed to community support, founder Kenne de Kock started the Kelrn MTB Classic in 2012 to aid child welfare in the Northern Cape. 

The event, organized by Kenne, Joy de Kock, and their staff, marked its 11th anniversary. 2024 had 8 beneficiaries, receiving in total R1,0 million. No new beneficiaries will be added to the list in 2025.

The annual Kelrn MTB Classic aims to sustainably support child welfare through the efforts of sponsors, Kelrn personnel, and public benefit organizations.
